I offer 50 minute weekly and bi-weekly counseling sessions for teens, adults, and couples, via telehealth across Washington state and in person in my South Seattle office. I’m here to build sustained and meaningful relationships with my clients based on their unique goals, edges, and desires. I primarily use art therapy, parts work / IFS, and somatics, as well as Brainspotting, to help my clients go deeper than standard talk therapy. I’ve been told I am an exceptionally direct and engaged therapist; I care a great deal about my clients.

I bring a unique integration of parts work, Brainspotting, psychoanalysis, and somatic therapy to my work with clients. I’ve been told that my style is direct, and that my genuine care comes through in the depth of my engagement in session. I am not a passive therapist; I bring all of me to this work, including my history, identities, personality, and sense of humor. My extensive experience working with acute mental health struggles, drug use, experiences of incarceration, and developmental trauma uniquely position me to support those who may otherwise struggle to find adequate support.

My base rate is $155 for 50 minute individual sessions, and $190 for 50 minute couples sessions. I also accept Lifewise, Premera, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans.
I also offer some adjustable-rate options, so if my rate is a barrier, please reach out so we can talk.
I welcome a “pay it forward” rate from those who have the means to pay more than my base rate, as this allows me to offer additional sliding scale spots for clients who can’t afford the full rate. -
Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. Like I mentioned above, I am not a passive therapist; I am an active participant in the therapeutic process, and I firmly believe that therapy is a relationship that deserves attentiveness, attunement, and rigor — as well as levity and humor. My goal is to work together to enable a trust that builds your capacity to be challenged and to challenge yourself, with a depth of self-compassion that takes real work to cultivate.
I also bring a levity and sense of humor to difficult work — I think play is vital for survival and healing!
