SOMATIC & ART-Based THERAPY
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are tired of shrinking themselves to survive: queer and trans people, neurodivergent people, chronically ill and disabled people, and anyone carrying the weight of systemic violence.
Whether you’re hoping to turn toward specific experiences of trauma, are navigating relationship struggles, or are just looking to build a better understanding of yourself and find more ease, I’m here for it.
MY APPROACH
I believe therapy can be a space where you don’t have to explain or defend your existence—where you can show up as your full self without fear of judgement or pathologization.
Through somatics, parts work (Internal Family Systems), art therapy, and Brainspotting (like EMDR, but gentler and less structured), I adapt my therapeutic approach to help my clients go deeper than standard talk therapy.
MY background
I have over 10 years of experience working with queer and trans street-based youth, women and young people navigating houselessness + drug use + mental health struggles, and people in or recently released from prison. In my work with clients, there is no story or experience that's too much for me.
I offer telehealth sessions within Washington state on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and in-person sessions in South Seattle’s Hillman City neighborhood on Fridays.
